Every year in June, Trinity members get to hear their fellow church or staff members tell the stories of their faith. This Sunday is led by Bonnie Holliday.
Bonnie grew up in Roopville, Georgia where family, friends and faith all intersected at the Baptist church she attended. From a young age, she navigated the sometimes hilarious juxtaposition of conservative small town values with the ‘independent’ ideas of her smart, quirky parents. These early experiences formed the basis of her life’s guiding principle: a good sense of humor and God’s grace trump almost all lines of difference. Bonnie and her husband Lea have been members of Trinity for 11 years, and they have two young daughters–Kitty and Bess.
