Alice Cadfan-Lewis has one vision, which is to make the recruitment process an honest, professional, and loyal one. One that works evenly for both the candidates and employers she represents. She believes it is her role to know as much as humanly possible about the block management sector in order to make sound informed decisions on the direction of people's careers.

Doyenne provides a platform for women to come together and share experiences about their journey.
