With Halloween approaching, and all the decorations of skulls and skeletons in my city, I can't help but be reminded of death, which prompts me to contemplate even more the brevity of our existence and the need to cherish our days here on Earth.
In this episode, I provide a brief reflection on the transience of life through the lenses of art and religion. I propose that regular reminders of death through prayer, meditation, visiting a cemetery, etc. help us live life to the fullest, while approaching death not with fear but rather with gratitude, since things are special because they don't last.
