Dane White is the Mayor of the City of Escondido, the fourth largest city in the county of San Diego. At age 33, Mayor White is the youngest mayor in the city’s history and one of the youngest in the state of California.
Mayor White discusses a wide range of issues, including regional collaboration within the county on matters such as transportation, homelessness, and drug addiction. He shares his own personal history of homelessness and addiction, his upbringing as a native of Escondido, and his role models.
