This one was personal for me.
In August of 2022, I suffered my injury, which would alter the course of my life forever.
A few months later, in December, the Harris Fine Arts Center, the home of the arts on Brigham Young University campus for almost 60 years was closed for good, soon to be torn down to make way for a new Arts building.
In this episode I share how observing this demolition of a campus icon and the construction of the new building has taught me about my own process of growth in my personal life and musical growth as well as my injury recovery.
To everyone who listens to this, you can't *healthily* rush the process of growth, in any facet of your life. All you can do is put in the daily honest effort, and trust that that is enough, that you are enough...
