In May of 2023 I was sitting in a hotel room in Minneapolis, Minnesota, going through an incredibly difficult part of my recovery from a mental standpoint.

I was trying to figure out how I could make something out of my injury.

How could I share my story?

How could I help others going through similar struggles?

In this episode I share the story of the genesis of Trust the Process, and what went into making it a reality.
