Today I share my story with injury as a collegiate trumpeter, that is STILL ONGOING. I share how before my injury, I did not honor the needs of REST and RECOVERY that my body had, and paid the price, losing out on international tours, teaching opportunities, recording sessions, and many other things.
BUT...
I also share how my FAITH gave me the CLARITY we ALL can have during an injury, regardless of belief system. I share the lessons I have learned, and why I was motivated to start this podcast.
We can't rush recovery, or growth, just like a tree growing slowly but surely EVERY DAY.
