It's funny how things change, I was planning to talk to Nicola about why she does what why she does what she does? Then she started talking about peer mentoring, now not only do I have a qualification in peer mentoring but I was also the mentor to the internal assessor.
The question is now for you, do you need a piece of paper to be a mentor?
