- We are naturally pretty creative people and it's so important that your plan is individualized and adapted to you. This is not your cookie cutter protocol of planning!
- What we're really talking about here is what you can do to set yourself up to be able to make progress towards your weight loss goals with success.
- The main takeaway is simplify, simplify, simplify your plan!
