Description

One of the best things I've invested in as an entrepreneur is my own health.  If I'm not healthy, my business doesn't run.

At  a conference earlier this year, I met Leslie Robertson and I quickly creeped her content. And, moreover, it absolutely spoke to me. A mom, over 40 and trying to figure out a way to best take care of myself and my health without being completely overwhelmed by what's already available online.

Leslie is a personal trainer and a health and lifestyle coach. She helps women, especially other moms, take better care of themselves in person and online. In this episode, she shares her own personal journey to  training and entrepreneurship, the decision to open her own gym and some actionable steps you can take to build healthy some habits.

Accountability is the one of the keys to maintaining any new habit, whether it's working out, creating content or getting up earlier.
