Sometimes we may feel it's hard to move forward, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Take those conflicts as an opportunity to grow. You want to create a productive workplace environment where everyone can speak their mind without the fear of judgment. By creating a safe space, it will encourage everyone else to follow through with their commitments and have a productive work environment.
