I had a wonderful conversation with Alan Lazaros CEO Next Level University.  He talks about losing his Father at the age of 2 and a near fatal car accident at 26 years old. He also pursued external success and achievements. He accomplished greatness, but after his accident he had a pivot and that was to pursue internal success as well.
