ABOUT LOVEPREET
Lovepreet Deo is a cyclist and Canadian athlete with cerebral palsy that shares her love for exercise to inspire others with different abilities. Born in Canada with cerebral palsy, doctors told Lovepreet’s parents she would never walk — but she defied odds when she took her first steps.
Today, she bikes, swims, and uses a walker, walking as many as 10,000 steps a day. When she was 12 years old, she was given her first tricycle — and her love for cycling grew from there. When she was in her 30s, Lovepreet started training at the gym, cycled thousands of kilometres, and eventually, she began participating in multiple race events.
