Seeing as I have shared my most favourite high-vibing activities in Episodes 2 & 3 with you, it only seemed fair to share some low-vibing activities I myself have come to realise.
Want to know something I've discovered? Yes, I can definitely feel an improvement in my mindset and my whole outlook on life from bringing these high-vibing activities into my daily life. But if I want to see some real improvement? Some real self-discovery? I need to look at the low-vibing activities that are currently taking place. They will continue to hold me back and limit my potential to grow and get the best experience out of life.
