Consistently making progress, not striving for perfection, is where I find my best self. The 1% rule is my secret to making progress every day. Why 1%? It's achievable, attainable, and provides momentum when we are consistently moving forward.  

Progress isn't always about measurable results. It can be as simple as reducing stress, taking breaks, or feeling better about your daily efforts.  

Implementing the 1% rule skyrocketed my productivity. Small victories added up, creating a positive feedback loop that fueled my motivation. 🔥 

Here's the key to it – anyone can adopt the 1% rule. Make progress every day, even if it's just for 10 minutes. Consistency is the key, transforming daily efforts into a powerful force over time. ⏰ 

Here's my formula for 1% progress each day: 📈 

Awareness + Intentional Action + Consistency = Progress.
