In this Conversation About Power, I'm talking to Inge Verdaasdonk. Inge is a social worker, local politician and coach who I've known for many years. She works with older children and adults who experience life problems. Above all, she loves analysing problems and helping people solve them.
In this conversation, we talk about where Inge and I met, which was quite an unusual place to make friends. We talk about our shared experiences with power imbalances, and how we reacted very differently to what we experienced.
She shares her positive perspective on power in politics (let's face it, it's good to hear about positive perspectives of power, especially when it comes to politics.)
