Coulter Mobile Veterinary Hospice Services provides in home and hospice centre care, with a focus on senior, palliative, hospice, and end of life care.
Our practice is an AAHA-certified End-Of-Life-Care Practice. We are the second in Canada to achieve this designation from the American Animal Hospital Association. Our care providers are certified in both palliative and hospice care through the International Association For Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC), and in euthanasia or end-of-life care through the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA).
We put so much effort and attention into the care we provide our patients and families that we wanted this care to continue in the aftercare for their pets. In 2021, we opened the first independently owned pet crematorium in Simcoe County. Many families have expressed a great comfort in knowing that their pet will stay within our loving care until they return home with their family.
