In psychology the resiliency model navigates four dimensions of the human psyche and experience. Biological, Socio-cultural, Social, and Psychological dimensions are all measured. Humans who bounce back from setback show signs of maintaining emotional equilibrium, coping with stress and hardship when  facing adversity with strength. Today on the show we talk about finding joy when a major setback is imminent.
