Those who suffer from narcissistic personality disorder have a sense of entitlement, exaggerated self-importance, and a feeling of superiority and frequently overestimate their talents and importance in their systems. As a young pastor I got lured into the celebrity pastor culture, and ran over people to get to my goals. On todays episode we talk about how to avoid harming others in ministry.
