Description

Can you keep living fully with a chronic condition?

In this episode of Hurdle2Hope®️ Stories, I chat with Anita Shaw, who has been navigating life with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for over three decades. Anita shares her journey through the physical and emotional challenges of RA while maintaining a full, joyful life. From her early diagnosis in her twenties to managing family life and launching her own business, Anita's story is a testament to resilience and adaptation.

We discuss the realities of living with chronic pain, the impact on her career and family planning, and how she has found ways to continue pursuing her passions, even as her body changes.

As someone living with MS and having faced stage 4 breast cancer, I found Anita's journey incredibly inspiring. It serves as a reminder that living with chronic conditions doesn’t mean you can’t continue living fully.
