How can you embrace the outdoors and adventure when living with a condition like MS?
In this episode of Wellbeing Interrupted, I chat with Clare Reilly, a passionate advocate for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) awareness. Diagnosed in 2017, Clare shares her journey of navigating the emotional and physical challenges of MS while continuing to live a fulfilling life. Clare has embraced her new reality and found a renewed sense of freedom and independence. A lover of the outdoors, Clare revisits her passion for camping and even returns to Tasmania’s Overland Track, this time in her wheelchair.
This was the first episode where I chat to someone else living with MS and I've been thinking about the insights shared all week.
