After two thousand years of misunderstanding and conflict, what hope do we have that Christians and Jews can find common ground and build relationships based on mutual respect? There is much reason to hope, as
David Nekrutman explains. Concerted efforts from both sides at building Christian-Jewish relations has resulted in a world-changing support for Israel among Christians worldwide. In this concluding part of our conversation, David offers ideas for how to build on this momentum.
Development of deep, genuine relations between Christians and Jews is a matter of the heart. In fact, it’s a matter of the heart change that God promises in the New (or Renewed) Covenant that He is making with Israel and those who attach themselves to Israel. That’s the point of “Tablets and Hearts,” the midrash presented by Barry Phillips and David Jones, and the music presented by the
Aleph Tav Band and
Jimmie Black.
