During our time together, Brooke shares candidly about her upbringing and her eating disorder coupled with bouts of depression and anxiety which she suffered from for many years, well into her adult life. Through her own journey, Brooke has been off all medications since 2004 and is truly in the best shape of her life.
She goes on to share how this experience clearly lead her to her passion and life's work. Brooke vehemently believes that there is a DIRECT connection between mental health and nutrition and loves educating people on how proper nutrition can help combat common issues such as stress, anxiety, ADHD, focus and behavior issues.
It is clear, Brooke is committed to helping people understand that feeling good and being healthy will boost their performance not only in the workplace but also at home and the importance of making healthy a LIFESTYLE, not a diet.
