Sirisha Voruganti | Managing Director JC Penny
Sirisha , brings 31+ years of global executive experience spanning research labs, product engineering, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and consulting across public and private sectors. Most recently she was Managing Director JP Morgan Chase, leading Architecture, Data and Digital for the Consumer Bank. She was the 1st woman MD of JP Morgan Chase in India, and before that, she was an Executive Vice President of Architecture, Data and Technology Services for MasterCard and led Mastercard India as Chairman of the Mastercard India Board. She was the First Group Executive Leader in Technology for MasterCard outside the U.S. During her tenure as the India head of Mastercard, Mastercard was chosen as one of the best places to work at. She is currently the Managing Director of JC Penny India. JCP is a 100+ yr old Retail Giant in North America.
Sirisha holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and also holds patents in Cloud-Based Versatile Systems for Radiological Images. She also did an Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.
