Hey there, happy Monday! 🌟 I'm just hanging out, waiting for my son, Z, to finish his shift at Kroger. As I was working on some continuing education for my occupational therapy license today, it got me thinking about the learning curve we all face in life. Whether it's podcasting, therapy, or any other field, that five-year mark is where the magic happens!

You know, my professor in OT school used to say it takes five years to truly feel like a pro in your field, and he wasn't kidding! I remember feeling like an absolute newbie despite having a decade of nursing under my belt. The same goes for podcasting now—I'm learning so much, but boy, is it overwhelming!

But hey, it's all part of the journey, right? We all have to wade through the awkwardness and mistakes to get to that confident, competent place. So, if you're feeling like an amateur in whatever you're doing, just know you're not alone. We've all been there, and it's okay to take your time.

Oh, and if you ever want to chat, share a joke, or geek out over Star Wars, hit me up on Facebook! I'm always here to connect. Keep pushing through that learning curve, my friends, and remember, you're doing great. Love ya, and keep adulting! đź’Ş
