Beth has been a fitness professional for over 15 years, and mental wellness is what she's all about. She vulnerably shares about her own mental health journey as a child of the 80's, and the struggles she faced personally. We applaud this sharing - this is how we BREAK the stigma against talking about mental health!
Beth has made a career of helping people with practical tips to help them achieve and maintain overall wellness. She makes a direct connection between eating mindfully, moving daily and mental/emotional wellness. And she shares so many tools!
