Jesus today I thank you for the continued celebration of Christmas, and the rejoicing at your birth... coming to us.
I thank also for other people, and especially other people of faith.
For all of the people of faith who have come before us.
And I thank you also for people who are not yet of the faith.
And Jesus for all of the ways in which other people have NOT treated us well, and we are tempted to let that shape our opinions about ourselves and our worth, please help us to reset our thinking and to know that we are valuable because of YOU.
And despite, or independent of how other people treat us.
And for all of the ways and all of the times in which I have treated other people less than what they deserve... when I have treated other people badly... I ask your forgiveness, and theirs.
Jesus please give me a humble and thankful heart again at the start of this day.
And please hear the prayers of my loved ones and yours.
Please bless them again today.
