Also this episode is more incoherent than usual because my mentals were not in there, female energy cycle if that makes sense. By the time I record my next episode, I'll be able to stay up to 1am and wake up at 6am and be fine. (I actually do this when I know I'll be able to) I'm much more productive then.
Speaking of, wanna know how male energy cycles are? A day. Males keep consistent energy day to day (usually at least) and I get days where I sleep all day and am still tired.
