In this episode, I discuss the science of habits - how habits are formed and broken. It is possible to break harmful habits and replace them with good ones! Practicing self-directed neuroplasticity, which people do primarily through active reflection, allows us to rewire our brains to create positive habits. This podcast looks at the 3 components of habit formation: cue, action and reward and discusses various science-backed techniques that can help make your habit-hacking more likely to succeed!
