LMFT, Delena Zimmerman, and I clearly laugh to keep from crying. Delana is brave enough to tell her truth and what she calls, Recovery, Resilience, and Revival. She shares her journey to Revival despite being victimized as a child and becoming drug addict. I clearly was not ready for this interview and do not always channel my inner Oprah or Tamron Hall.
