Toni R. Isreal is no stranger to arts and entertainment and having spent her childhood years attending live performances with her mother, the former Accounting Specialist, sought and secured key apprenticeship opportunities to further thrive from her greatest interests: film, television, and theater. Now, with over a decade of experience in audience development and brand management, Toni is admired for her expertise in multi-cultural marketing, strategic implementation, and her signature ability inspire, develop, and lead innovative creative thinking.
Isreal is the CEO and Founder of REALEMN Productions, regarded as Broadway’s leading multicultural marketing and PR agency team and premiere diversity consultant. In addition to being a proud member of New York Women in Film & Television, Isreal is a founding member of The Industry Standard Group, a Broadway League Fellow, and highly sought-after guest and panelist for conversations around diversifying the leadership and intricacies of arts and entertainment. Toni led multicultural outreach for Pass Over, the first show to reopen Broadway post the Covid shutdown and has successfully developed and implemented an ‘Essential Workers Campaign’ that established an initiative for Broadway shows to give thanks to our country’s essential workers.
