As an Agent for Change with a passion to showcase the magic and beauty of Black love for Black women everywhere, Love Strategist and Relationship Expert, Cheri Syphax, seeks to demystify the stereotype that Black women cannot have it all, especially regarding relationships, and do it with style, class, and grace.
With 10 years of experience working with hundreds of women across the United States in the areas of coaching and mentorship, Mrs. Syphax has mastered the art of counseling women to achieve success at finding love later in their lives.
Through her platform, “Dating Phax,” Mrs. Syphax and her husband, Tracey, help women create winning online dating profiles that help them stand out in the crowd. The couple also gives women the tools to help them get out of their way so love can find them. One such tool is “Activate Your Amazing,” which is a three-month coaching program. Moreover, through her show, “Leader and Lover Podcast,” Mrs. Syphax empowers women to do the inner work needed to live a bold life. This work includes, but is not limited to, a consistent meditation practice and developing a positive mindset, which are at the root of women exuding confidence, positivity, and optimism in dating and in their lives overall.
In addition, through her new book, “Second Act: Living Boldly and Abundantly at Every Age,” Mrs. Syphax chronicles her own life journey with love. The book is a moving account of one woman's transformational journey of breaking past limiting beliefs to living boldly. Through her personal anecdotes as a Mother, successful Business Executive, Lover and more, Mrs. Syphax redefines her own life's “Second Act,” or second half that begins at age 45, and proves to Black women everywhere that they CAN have it all as well as love and success have no limits!
Mrs. Syphax has been featured in national media including The New York Times, ABC News, Forbes, ESSENCE, and The Oprah Magazine, to name a few. She has also delivered her empowering relationship and love message across the United States and has served as a Featured Speaker for such organizations at the New York Urban League, Changing the Cycle in Trenton, New Jersey, and 100 Black Women of the Oakland/Bay Area Chapter.
Currently, Mrs. Syphax resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Tracey Syphax, a successful business entrepreneur and restauranter. Together, they have found further purpose and have launched the platform, “Just the Phax,” which is a multichannel vehicle that enables them to empower singles with the tools that they need to begin attracting the partner they desire.
