To be in line with the Lord, you have to be in line with Scripture.
God will never lead you to do something that is contradictory to Scripture. Ever. There are some things that you don’t have to pray about, especially if the Bible disagrees with them. There are gray areas where you must seek the Lord on what direction to go, what to do or what not to do. But the Lord will never call you to compromise the truth in order to do His Work. This is the action that believers engage in when they don’t want to follow the truth and instead want to do what they want to do. Know your Bible and follow it. The Word says not to gossip, lie or cheat, so don’t. We as Christians must stop disobeying the Bible and justifying what we are or are not doing. Always stick to the Scriptures!
