The grievers story needs to be witnessed. Grievers need to express their emotions.2. Community. Big or small, a group, really supportive friends, other grievers, a grief coach.3. Continued connection to their loved one. Say their name, honor their memory, maintain a connection.4. Grief does not define you. Goal is to be able to remember with more Love than Pain. 5.
