This episode was inspired by a recent Reel that I posted on Instagram. I was limited to 90 seconds over there and have so much more to say on the topic. I want to dive deeper into what Australian fashion brand Dissh has done to reposition themselves as a brand. They pivoted and completely overhauled their product offering, pricing, target audience and aesthetic from a relatively ‘cheap I personally love diving deep into these stories from bigger brands and know that we can apply the same principles to our own. I hope that you can walk away from this conversation with a new perspective on pivoting and repositioning a brand.
