Rae Shawn sits down with Karmen Lee, Ali Williams, Meka James and Laura Gorgoni to talk about sapphic media, relationships, representation and queerness.
Karmen Lee is a lifelong Southerner living it up in Atlanta, Georgia with her kid, her cats, and humidity. When not packing lunches or working her nine-to-five, she can be found drinking coffee too late at night, watching House Hunters International and dreaming up ways to show her readers a good time. She primarily writes sapphic contemporary romance and romcoms.
Laura Gorgoni writes queer fiction with a love for all things eerie, macabre, and just a little unhinged. They have a particular fascination with the rage of women, the messiness of mother-daughter relationships, and the queer subtext that horror has been serving for centuries.
Ali Williams is a sapphic AuDHD author who writes intensely kinky paranormal romances as Ali, and fluffy and spicy age play romances as Ellie Rose.
Meka James is a writer of adult contemporary and erotic romance. When not writing or reading, Meka can be found playing The Sims 3, sometimes Sims 4, and making up fun stories to go with the pixelated people whose world she controls.
