Delegation is one of the most glorious options - and also the most underutilized. You started the business, probably bootstrapping most of your tasks. You learned marketing, accounting, content writing, communicating, scheduling - you're doing IT ALL.
You get to a point where you outgrow these tasks - or realize areas that you're simply not awesome (which is OK!). However, letting go is often one of the most difficult things for entrepreneurs. Why? It's in the mindset that "no one can do it as good as I can."
Remember... Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.
