Alex founded the international recruitment firm, ISC, in 2001. Since then, he’s pioneered a new model for more flexible external TA management that he and his team have used to grow countless startups, scale ups, and enterprises over the past 20+ years.
Before his entry into the TA world, Alex had a pretty fascinating start conducting Human Intelligence collection for the U.S. Department of Defense Counterintelligence unit.
