In this week's podcast, I explore the difference between being alone and feeling lonely, emphasizing that while being alone is a physical state that can offer benefits like focus and creativity, loneliness is a subjective feeling of sadness from a lack of connection.

Community is the essential ingredient needed to combat loneliness. Through various ways of connecting, whether through groups, volunteering, or online communities, we can alleviate these feelings.

Changing our thoughts can change how we feel about loneliness and taking small steps is a great way to start.
