Description

In today’s episode I break down the road block preventing your dreams becoming reality: procrastination. I do this through three key concepts; reframing procrastination, discussing resistance and persistence, and providing practical behaviours to combat procrastination. Procrastination is an emotional management problem, rather than a time management issue, and as such, I discuss mental and emotional self-mastery, the motivational triad, and how to approach lack of motivation. I illustrate how to accept discomfort and break away from the shackles of perfectionism. The second half of the episode is packed with practical tips on how to break through inertia, and how to apply my popular coaching method, the “butt-in-seat” hack.
