Today I’m joined by friend and coach Jess Johnson to discuss all things emotional regulation. Jess is an emotional wellbeing coach for entrepreneurs and specialises in body-based emotional regulation. We begin by exploring her body-centred techniques for releasing trauma and negative stories through EFT. We spend the rest of the episode bouncing between several emotion-based topics; understanding the role of emotions, the importance of allowing and experiencing our emotions with nonjudgement, dismantling old stories and limiting beliefs, accepting the messiness of the human experience, self-trust, sitting in discomfort and allowing yourself to want more from life.
