We all know that one woman who’s meticulously created a life to be proud of but still feels a deep sense of inadequacy. I invite you to consider that this woman might be you. In this episode I explain the fundamental principles of Confirmation Bias; how our thoughts shape our reality, and how our brain works to confirm said reality, regardless of whether it is conducive or not.
