Moses was removed from the scene which made room for Joshua to step into leadership.

Jesus was being removed from the scene, and the disciples were focused on their loss. But Jesus said it was to their advantage that he go otherwise the Holy Spirit could not come and usher in a far greater era.
God is moving people, removing old traditions, replacing old dependencies. We can focus on what is being removed or we can embrace what God is bringing. We can mourn the people that calling to move on or we can hear the call to move up and make room for others to step up into new gifts and callings. The word that I heard was MAKE ROOM FOR THE NEW. And somebody needs to hear it.
