We can all hold onto regrets. 

Regrets about things we have done, things that have happened to us. Too often though, the past can continue to spill into the present, affecting our behaviour, our emotional state, our choices.
Sometimes we’re aware of this, but all too often it can be unconscious, meaning unless we do the work to recognise it and move through it, it can continue to block out progress and blunt our success.
In this episode we look at ways of recognising and releasing regret so that you can move forward unshackled by your past.
