Self confidence. 

A lack of it affects so many people and it can become a painfully difficult, life long struggle. It stops us living as our most authentic selves and even from reaching for our dreams.
This creates huge internal battles. We lose faith in ourselves and in turn, the frustration can lead to unhealthy behaviours.
Confidence isn’t something we are born with or that we wake up with one day. It’s cultivated over time. And it’s essential we learn how to - so we can live a happy, healthy life.
