With the recent tragic news about Shane Warne, and the alleged crash diet that MAY have contributed to his heart attack, we really wanted to address the topic of extreme dieting.
Put simply, at midlife, you’re playing a risky game with your health if you continue to crash diet. Crash diets may work for the very short term, but the stress they put on your body is incredibly dangerous. 
It’s time we all understood the long term implications and found a new way to lose the extra pounds, nourish our body - and stay that way for life.
In this episode we offer a wake up call and provide advice on how to live healthy and happy - without the crash diets.
