Jessica Wesson is the founder of Showtime Circus, one of the UK’s leading children’s circus education brands, and the creator of multiple scalable models across franchising, licensing, and education.
With over 20 years’ experience in the performing arts and business, she specialises in helping creative businesses grow safely, sustainably, and profitably without losing their joy via her second business Fabulous Franchisor.
A former professional dancer, she performed all over the world - from Parisian Showgirl to cruise ship dancer, in musicals and pantomimes and then onto being a circus artist.
She opened Showtime Circus in 2018 and went on to franchise it after escaping an abusive relationship. Her journey has had lots of ups and downs - battling health issues and then also losing her first partner at 25 to an undiagnosed heart condition. She's proof that being resilient can reap huge rewards and that you can be you even when you scale!
Jessica is known for blending big vision with real-world systems, and for proving that fun and professionalism can absolutely coexist.
