After growing up with a single mum and believing from a young age that she wasn’t good enough or lovable, Nina spent decades stuck in self-doubt and hiding from her own ambition and brilliance.
At 46, she turned her life around, took radical responsibility for her life, and discovered a fierce new confidence. Now she coaches women around the world to do the same — to stop giving a FCK about what others think, own their power, and shine unapologetically.
Being bullied for being good at something when she was about 8, that 'something' being singing and dancing, Nina made a decision that It wasn't safe for her to show my talents and greatness. So, she hid it away and learned how to blend in to be 'likeable'.
Having left school with no GCSE's she went from job to job, always going for roles that were safe and easy. Never putting herself up for promotion or allowing herself to train for more senior roles. That story of 'i'm not good enough' always being the dark cloud that hung over any ambition.
After a wonderful but exhausting 9 year stint as a Learning Support Assistant in her local Primary School, she wrestled with the idea that she knew she was meant for more. The niggle had been there but she squashed it down as soon as it tried to surface.
She was so scared and really believed there would be nothing out there for her. Fast forward, and along came coaching!!! At 46, she turned her life around, took radical responsibility for her life, and discovered a fierce new confidence.
After 18 months of studying, Nina de Sausmarez Confidence Coach was born. She's 6 years in now and when she looks back at her journey of how much she doubted she could do this to where she is now, she feels amazing. Now she gets to help women all over the world step into their most confident selves and go out there and show the world just how amazing they are!
