Sue Welby is the founder of “Littlelifesteps” affectionately known by children and parents as the "Wee and Poo Lady," "Poo Ninja," "Potty Princess," and "SuperSue."
Sue is here to help parents tackle their biggest challenges with play, fun, and a special sprinkle of her child development know-how.
With nearly 40 years of experience as an NNEB nursery nurse and a background in childcare, Sue has worked in various nursery settings, managed teams, and written policies in line with Ofsted.
She spent 14 years with the NHS, providing one-on-one and group support for parents of children from newborns to eight-year-olds and supported schools with health promotion sessions.
Sue empowers parents to understand and support their children’s unique needs through online video courses, Zoom workshops, and personalized one-on-one consultations.
Her holistic approach covers toileting, sleep, eating, and behaviour challenges.
Combining her extensive experience and training in infant massage, Millpond sleep, Triple P behaviour, fussy eating, bowel and bladder health, and the Goulding Sleep Talk method, Sue offers unique courses that address all aspects of child development.
