In today’s Aces Interview, ‘conversations to empower’, I’ll be chatting with Alex Vasquez, a Digital Content Creator living in London. Originally from Costa Rica, moving to the UK in 2021.
Alex creates content about people with disabilities and the LGBTQ+ communities where he highlights the intersectionality between diversity groups and human rights.
He wants to raise awareness that an individual can belong to two or more communities at once and to show how sexuality is ignored when it comes to those who have disabilities.
Alex try to do this while showcasing what it's like to be a disabled immigrant in Europe who comes from Latin America.
